Purpose: Handling your enquiry and any further communication.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Cookies and Analytics
We only use technically necessary cookies, for example for the selected language version and for the security of the website. These cookies are required for operation and do not need consent.
Audience measurement with Matomo
To evaluate how our website is used, we use Matomo, an open source web analytics software. Matomo runs on our own server, the data stays with us. No data is passed on to third parties and no data is transferred to third countries.
Matomo is deliberately configured to collect as little as possible:
- No cookies are set.
- IP addresses are truncated by two bytes before storage, so they cannot be linked to an individual person.
- User IDs are anonymised.
- No recognition across other websites takes place.
We record the pages visited, the approximate region of origin, the referring page as well as device type and browser. The sole purpose is to improve our website.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy friendly audience measurement). Since no cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under § 165 (3) TKG 2021 is required.
Objection: You can opt out of this measurement at any time:
If this field does not appear for you, a short message to datenschutz@redmonster.at is enough.

Your personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Once the purpose no longer applies or these periods expire, the data is deleted. Data relating to productions or consent is stored until the purpose no longer applies or until consent is withdrawn.
