Why this page exists

Red Monster Film e.U. is a microenterprise and, as a service provider, exempt from the Austrian Accessibility Act. We publish this statement voluntarily.

What we have done

• A skip link at the top of every page leads straight to the content.
• The keyboard focus is clearly visible.
• All images have alternative text.
• Every page has exactly one main heading, and the heading structure is logical.
• Navigation areas are named and distinguishable for screen readers.
• The language of every page is declared, German and English.
• There is no autoplaying video, no flashing content and no time limits.
• E-mail addresses are encoded against spam robots. They remain fully readable for screen readers.

Known limitations

• Some of the support — the skip link, the marking of the content area and a few headings — is applied via JavaScript. Without JavaScript enabled, these are missing.
• The content area is marked with role=”main” rather than a native main element. Equivalent for screen readers, not ideal technically.
• The site has not been formally audited against WCAG 2.2. A full keyboard walkthrough, contrast measurement and screen reader testing are still outstanding.
• Embedded third party content such as maps follows that provider’s accessibility, over which we have no control.
