The Price of Poverty

Prei der Armut

Poverty has many faces. It is not always visible and it is often closer than we think.

The film follows people whose lives are shaped by financial insecurity, structural barriers, and social exclusion. Stories of loss, shame, and resilience unfold in a daily reality where even basic needs become a constant challenge.

In a time of multiple crises, the film shows how poverty reaches deep into society and no longer affects only its margins. It tells of people who endure, who give up much, and who nevertheless preserve their dignity.

A quiet social portrait about poverty, responsibility, and the fragile line between security and collapse.
